Power to the cleans

The holiday weekend mixed with the sun and some beers did not allow me to update my workouts.  However, I did get after some WOD's over the weekend.

Strength: Power Clean

3 reps @185lbs, 3 reps@195lbs, 3@200

-My form on the power clean was just all right on the last one.  I didn't breathe properly and almost passed out, but I'll take the PR.   I did my handstand push ups from the a wall climb position which may not be the best, but I'll get there sooner or later.

Finished the back squats to get an even 100 @225lbs.  The squats felt good and I'm looking forward to the next CF Total workout.
