Sluggish but done

The Hammer:  Back to the main site for some L-sits and chest 2 bar work.  This was a pretty intense workout despite the fact that I don't have rings.  I used the dip bar at the gym for the L-sits and they sucked.  I can only imagine what they're like with rings.  Just using the resources.  I use more of the butterfly method for pull ups or strict.  I have only practiced kipping.  Nonetheless, still intense.

30 second L-Sit


6 rounds plus 15 pull ups




The Mill:  A pretty laid back morning so far.  I'm pretty pumped for my workout this afternoon though.
